Who this site is

This site is run by Alejandro Hidalgo under the public brand Alejandro Hidalgo Therapy.

What this site collects and why

This site collects page views and a small set of click events through Google Analytics (GA4): when a visitor clicks a link to my Connection Therapy Center profile, clicks a mailto link, or clicks a consult button. I use this to see which pages and links get read, not to identify a specific visitor by name.

Netlify, my hosting provider, keeps standard server logs for every request to this site, including IP address and browser information. This is Netlify's own infrastructure logging, not something I query for individual visitors.

If a visitor emails hello@hidalgotherapy.com, that email and its contents go to my Google Workspace inbox. I read and store that email like any other message I receive.

This site has no account sign-up, no forms, no online booking, and no payment processing. It does not use advertising pixels or trackers beyond the GA4 setup described above.

Categories of consumer health data

This site does not ask visitors to submit health information anywhere on it. If a visitor chooses to describe a health condition, a treatment, or anything else personal in an email to hello@hidalgotherapy.com, that content becomes part of that email and is stored the way any email is stored in my inbox.

Please do not send clinical details, diagnoses, or other sensitive health information by email. Email is not a secure channel for that, and this site has no clinical intake process. Current clinical questions go through my CTC profile, linked in the footer.

Sharing and sale of data

I do not sell consumer health data or any other data collected through this site. The only outside parties involved in running this site are Google (Analytics and Workspace) and Netlify (hosting), each processing data as part of the service they provide to run this site, not as a separate sale or exchange.

Your rights under the My Health My Data Act

RCW 19.373.040 gives Washington consumers rights over their consumer health data, including the right to confirm whether it is being processed, to access it, to withdraw consent, and to ask for it to be deleted. To exercise any of these rights regarding this site, email hello@hidalgotherapy.com.

Changes to this policy

If what this site collects changes, meaning a new category of data or a new purpose not already described above, I will update this page and, where the law requires it, get consent before making that change.
